Maintaining and promoting standards is essential. The standards are those required for the benefit of the service user and established by the manager in accordance with best practice guidance and regulation. We adhere to compliance through our own pre-arranged auditing and we welcome visits from regulating bodies, namely the Care Quality Commission, CQC, as well as the local inspectorate.

An important part of our quality programme is a wide inclusive approach; service users, friends and relatives as well as other suportive parties and providers are involved in planning and implementation through the use of dialogue and questionnaires.
